Zalack's Flint Provision

Zalack’s Flint Provision Inc. was bought in 1985 by Louis Zalack, former meat buyer for Hamady Bros. Supermarkets in Flint Michigan. Mr. Zalack has a long career in the meat industry. A Graduate of Ohio State University with a degree in animal husbandry, Louis has held positions at various grocery chains in Ohio and Michigan. In 1986 Louis was joined in the business by son Thomas and daughter Elizabeth. Now owned by Thomas and Elizabeth, Zalack’s Flint Provision Inc. is still a family owned business. We are commited to provide all our customers with excellent quality and service no matter how large or small.
