A 75-bed hospital in Northeastern Nevada is seeking dynamic full-time RNs to join its Emergency Department team on various shifts (days, mid, and nights), predominantly 12-hour shifts.
About the Role
As an Emergency Room Registered Nurse, you'll be an integral part of a collaborative team of 2-4 RNs working alongside physicians in our busy 15-bed ED. You'll care for a diverse patient population, ranging from geriatric to neonatal, in a department that averages 65 patients per day and approximately 25,000 patients annually. This role offers a manageable 1:5 patient ratio, allowing you to provide focused and high-quality care. Your critical thinking skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic setting will be essential to your success.

Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
- Experience: Previous critical care experience is a plus.
- Licensure: A current Nevada RN license is required.
- Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 14 days of hire.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 30 days of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 90 days of hire or transfer.
- TNCC within 6 months of hire or transfer.
