Unique Snacks is hiring Part- Time Retail Sales Associates.

• This role is located in Reading, PA and will be fully on-site.

Starting Pay: $17.50- $22.50/hr. Raises are offered four times a year!

Schedule: Regular schedule includes Saturdays and two weekdays per week (Thursdays preferred)

**PAID HOLIDAY AND VACATION**

Physical Demands:

• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time.
• Considerable bending, reaching, working with hands (packing, cutting, wrapping)
• Ability to lift and carry 20 pounds without assistance
• Standing/Walking for long periods of time.

What are we looking for?

• High School Diploma/ GED is preferred
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
• 1-2 years specialty retail sales experience preferred
• 1-2 years creative basket assembly, flower arrangement role, or relevant experience preferred
• 1-2 years customer service experience preferred
• 1-year cashier experience preferred

ALL Candidates must be able to perform the following tasks:

• Operate Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Assist customers in the retail store.
• Restock, organize, and rearrange merchandise on sales floor.
• Uphold store maintenance and cleanliness standards.
• Assemble gift baskets and gift tins.
• Assemble chocolate coated pretzels in decorative bags.
• Ensure proper quality of all products prior to assembling gift baskets and gift tins.
• Prepare and package online orders for shipping.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Record inventory of store products and offerings.
• Perform phone calls and other tasks associated with corporate gifting.
• Attend occasional business events outside of normal store hours.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
