What You’ll Do:

• Assign repair orders to technicians based on skill level, availability, and workload
• Monitor shop productivity and adjust dispatching to maintain efficient workflow
• Communicate with Service Advisors regarding job status, delays, and technician availability
• Track repair order progress and ensure timely completion
• Coordinate with Parts Department to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate documentation and support service leadership as needed

What You Bring:

• Automotive Service Dispatcher, Service Manager, Service Advisor or Technician experience is required 
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills for scheduling and record-keeping
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds, etc.) is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
