Job description
- Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
- Configure and maintain Google Cloud Platform services such as Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, and IAM.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Deployment Manager.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Cloud Build.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize cloud resources.
- Ensure cloud security, compliance, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and security teams for application deployments.
- Automate operational tasks using Python, Bash, or Shell scripting.
- Manage networking components including VPC, Load Balancers, VPNs, and Firewall rules.
- Support migration of on-premise applications to Google Cloud Platform cloud environments.
