    Job description

    The Staff Physical Therapist is responsible to plan, organize, develop, and direct physical therapy services to assure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
    $10,000 Retention Incentive Available.
    Job Duties:
    Tamarack Health Ashland Medical Center is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital and Orthopedic Center of Excellence. We're currently hiring for either a full-time inpatient Physical Therapist position or an outpatient Physical Therapist position with an inpatient rotation. Join our growing rehab team, which includes 6 PTs, 3 PTAs, 5 OTRs, 1 COTA, and 3 SLPs. Located on the beautiful shores of Lake Superior, Ashland offers a stunning natural setting and is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts year-round.
    Shift Time: Shift length is flexible and may be up to 10 hours, depending on operational needs and candidate availability.
    Requirements:
    • Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language.
    • Must possess leadership ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel.
    • Must possess, as a minimum, a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from an accredited college or university.
    • Must be licensed in the State of Wisconsin.
    • CPR certified.
