We're growing fast, and looking for outgoing, people-loving team members to bring the Talkin' Tacos energy to the kitchen.
As a Line Cook, you'll prepare and cook menu items, while maintaining high standards for quality, cleanliness, and food safety.
You'll work side-by-side with a tight, high-energy kitchen team to keep service moving smoothly, even during the rush. If you care about your craft, move with purpose, and thrive in a team-driven environment, you'll fit right in.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to Talkin' Tacos recipes, portions, and quality standards
  • Execute food with speed, consistency, and attention to detail during high-volume service
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station throughout the shift
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen teammates to keep service flowing
  • Assist with prep, inventory rotation, and proper food storage to reduce waste and protect freshness
  • Support new menu rollouts, features, and specials as needed
  • Step up to help teammates and keep the kitchen running strong during busy periods
  • Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-driven kitchen culture
