At Superior Trailer, we’re looking for a driven Store Manager to lead trailer sales, parts, and service operations while building a high-performing team and delivering an exceptional customer experience. What You’ll Do

• Lead and grow trailer sales, parts, and service revenue
• Drive customer satisfaction and create a strong team culture
• Manage daily store operations, inventory, staffing, and profitability
• Coach and develop employees to achieve sales and service goals
• Oversee parts inventory, warranty processes, trailer displays, and service operations
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, compliance, and operational excellence throughout the store

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in trailer, automotive, RV, or related dealership operations
• Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of trailer parts, service, and inventory management preferred
• Experience with CRM/DMS systems and Microsoft Office
• Motivated, organized, and results-driven leader
• Valid driver’s license required
