We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Heavy Civil Project Manager to oversee and manage large-scale earthwork, excavation, and site development projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in heavy civil construction, strong project management skills, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

• The Heavy Civil Project Manager will split their time between officebased project planning and onsite project supervision. Travel to various project locations may be required.
Responsibilities:Project Planning and Coordination:
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Resource Management:
• Oversee the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and expenses to ensure profitability.
Construction Oversight:
• Direct and supervise onsite construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.
Client Communication:
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage client expectations and strive to exceed them.
Team Leadership:
• Lead and motivate project teams, including engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors.
• Foster a collaborative and highperformance work environment.
Problem Solving:
• Identify and address project issues, obstacles, and risks.
• Implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
Documentation and Reporting:
• Generate accurate and timely project reports, including progress reports, financial reports, and risk assessments.
• Maintain project documentation in compliance with company and industry standards.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in heavy civil construction projects.
• Indepth knowledge of earthwork, excavation, grading, and site development processes.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
