Ruth's Way

Salary: $20.83 - $24.04 Hourly

***Please note that in the event that face-to-face interactions are restricted, the Achievement Consultant will be required to perform all duties and responsibilities listed below using technological tools, including but not limited to video conferencing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain Agency Standards:
   • Uphold Ruths Ways commitment to delivering services from a Strengths-based and Empowerment perspective.
   • Serve as a Strengths-based Family Worker, using individualized treatment plans that empower female youth and their families, teaching them to achieve and retain self-sufficiency as productive citizens.
   • Engage in reciprocal, consultative conversations with participants, especially during the facilitation of our Fabulous Forums, to support them in identifying the best course of action for their unique needs.
2. Facilitate Ruths Ways Fabulous Forums:
   • Provide educational instruction based on Ruth's Way's curricula at our collaborative school agency partners.
   • Facilitate the following Forum programs with a conversational and interactive style:
     • Life Skills Just for Girls Forum
     • Employment and Job Readiness Forum
     • Remarkable Readiness and Employment Summer Forum
     • Smart Money Management Financial Literacy Forum
   • Engage participants in meaningful conversations that emphasize the long-term benefits of developing skills that lead to success as productive women in society.
3. Database Maintenance and Participant Tracking:
   • Accurately document and track participant data in our agency database.
   • Submit timely and accurate documentation and maintain proficiency in database entry.
   • Track participant progress using:
     • Participation and feedback during Forums.
     • Surveys distributed to participants, guardians, and teachers.
     • Data entry and maintenance in the agency database.
4. Professional Development:
   • Attend all mandatory workshops and professional development training sessions to stay current on best practices.
5. Mission and Philosophy Adherence:
   • Uphold and promote Ruths Way, Inc.'s mission and philosophy, demonstrating the following core values:
     • Mission: Empower female youth to achieve successful futures, regardless of their past or present challenges, by helping them become ethical, virtuous women.
     • Philosophy: Foster Family, Friendship, and Faithfulness to help our girls develop a value-based mindset, rooted in the Biblical story of Ruth, encouraging the values of love, humility, respect, and family cohesion.

6. Role Model Behavior:
   • Always model the attributes and characteristics of a Virtuous Woman, serving as a positive role model for the female youth we serve.
7. Compliance with Organizational Policies:
   • Follow all procedures and processes as set by the Chief Executive Officer.
8. Confidentiality:
   • Maintain confidentiality of all files, records, and participant information.
9. Other Duties as Assigned:
   • Perform additional tasks as required to support the overall mission of the organization.

Training Requirements:

• Mandated Reporter Training (Required)

Licensure/Certification:

• Pennsylvania Drivers License: Achievement Consultants must have access to a motor vehicle and provide documentation of current licensure, registration, and insurance.

Background Check Requirements:

• Must have or agree to obtain FBI, Act 33/34 Clearances.
• Must have or agree to obtain Driving Records from the Pennsylvania Department of Motor Vehicles.
