We are looking for a dependable and organized team member to support overnight warehouse operations and help prepare freight for next-day delivery activities.

Position Overview

The Overnight Warehouse Operations Coordinator is responsible for receiving, staging, organizing, and preparing freight during overnight operations. This role supports warehouse efficiency, maintains operational organization, and assists with the transition to the daytime dispatch and operations team.

This is a hands-on position that combines warehouse operations, freight coordination, shipment tracking, and basic administrative support.

Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Assist with overnight receiving and shipping activities
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Organize freight and maintain dock cleanliness
• Stage shipments for outbound delivery operations
• Support cross-dock activities and freight flow

Operational Support

• Track shipments and update operational systems
• Verify freight accuracy and delivery readiness
• Assist with inventory and shipment documentation
• Support communication between warehouse staff, drivers, and management
• Prepare operational information for the day dispatch team

Morning Transition Support

• Assist the dispatch and operations team during shift transition
• Communicate overnight issues, exceptions, and operational updates
• Support driver check-in and morning operational activities as needed

Qualifications

Required

• Forklift experience
• Warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to lift and move freight as required

Preferred

• Cross-dock experience
• Transportation or final-mile logistics experience
• Experience using warehouse or shipment tracking software
• Bilingual English/Spanish
