R&R Solutions is hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Forklift Driver in Gravette, AR. Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Operation: Expertly operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and moving equipment to transport shipments.
  • Freight Handling: Load and unload freight safely (manually or via equipment depending on size).
  • Inventory Tracking: Use iPads and scanners to manage transactions and physical material movement.
  • Material Transport: Move inventory from receiving or storage to designated shipping zones.
  • Safety Adherence: Comply with all warehouse safety procedures and wear required safety footwear.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Certification: Valid Forklift Certification required.
  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of prior forklift operation experience preferred.
  • Tech Skills: Basic computer skills preferred (tablets/scanners).
  • Height Precision: Ability to store and remove pallets in racking up to 27 feet high safely.
  • Physical Stamina: Stand, walk, squat, grasp, push, and pull with hands for the duration of a shift.
  • Physical Agility: Frequently bend/twist neck and waist; occasionally climb, balance, kneel, and crouch.
  • Lifting Capacity: Safely lift and carry loads up to 75 lbs.
  • Environment: Comfortable working in high places, tight/confined spaces, and fluctuating temperatures/humidity.
