Led by two owners committed to mentoring and developing future leaders, the company is seeking quality individuals with 2+ years of experience or transferable skills who are eager to grow into lead positions.

Job Highlights:

• Training Provided: Owners will personally train and invest in the right candidates.
• Primary Service Area:
  • 60% of work in Tampa
  • 20% in St. Petersburg
  • 10-20% in Sarasota
• Travel: Round-trip travel within a 120-mile radius.
• Work Type: On-site, hands-on construction with no central office location.

Requirements:

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Experience in window and door installation is preferred but not required.
• Carpentry skills are a plus.
• Must be willing to travel within the designated service areas.

Hiring Details:

• Location: Near Tampa International Airport (close to 275 and I-4).
• Employment Type: Hourly, full-time positions.
