Job Summary:
Plan A Technologies is an American software development and technology advisory firm seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager to join their Enterprise Business system team. The role focuses on managing critical business systems, ensuring their smooth operation, and driving initiatives using agile methodologies while maintaining stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring adherence to agile principles and practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while managing project timelines.
• Develop/own and maintain the teams' roadmap, aligning project goals with business objectives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, ensuring transparent communication and collaboration throughout project lifecycles.
• Highly organized and detailed.
• Demonstrate a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Act as a go-getter, proactively identifying and mitigating risks while seizing opportunities for improvement.
• Support the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance team performance.
Qualifications:
Required:
• At least 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role, preferably within fintech or enterprise business systems.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or other relevant engineering experience.
• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role, preferably within fintech or enterprise business systems.
• 8+ years of experience in relevant roles in software developing industry, preferably experienced with Fintech.
• Proven track record of providing exceptional program management preferably within fintech or enterprise business systems during all phases of project from kick-off to ship, demonstrating critical thinking and thought leadership throughout.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working as a Scrum Master.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be highly organized and detailed oriented.
• Must be a team player and flexible.
• Outstanding communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Initiative and drive to do great things.
Preferred:
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, or equivalent) are a plus.
