Outbound Call Specialist
Location: Wake Forest, NC (Remote/Hybrid Must Reside in North Carolina)

Open Desk is a growing research firm supporting the insurance, legal, and HR industries. We are seeking a motivated Outbound Call Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to medical facilities across various specialties
• Research and verify information using web-based tools and internal systems
• Accurately document findings in standardized report templates
• Maintain high attention to detail and data integrity
• Meet deadlines while delivering high-quality customer service

Qualifications:

• Professional phone communication skills
• 12 years of office or call center experience preferred (not required)
• Outbound calling experience a plus
• Strong organization, accuracy, and computer skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
