Our journey dates back to 2012 when we embarked on a transformative path as a part of PAHM. Through dedication and unwavering commitment, we evolved into an independent powerhouse in 2020, establishing a strong foundation as a trusted provider of various healthcare services. Our spectrum of care encompasses a wide array of offerings, including specialized addiction treatment programs, IDD services catering to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and top-notch nursing services. With each passing year, OneWell Healthcare has strived to enhance the well-being of our patients, and our story stands as a testament to our enduring mission of providing exceptional and comprehensive care to all those we serve. Seeing a need for a new mission and vision for those in the IDD community, PAHM made the decision to separate Supports Coordination and IDD Services into separate entities in 2021. Starting in Pennsylvania OneWell has since expanded into both California and New Jersey to provide exceptional services in their communities.
