Every Other Weekend (Saturday & Sunday) + Holiday Rotation

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Provide primary, acute, and chronic care for adult and geriatric patients
- Perform comprehensive assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and order/interpret diagnostic testing within scope of practice
- Coordinate care with supervising physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Deliver timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation
- Collaborate with specialty providers (e.g., wound care, psychiatry) for integrated care
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and facility staff regarding care plans and changes in condition
- Build strong, trust-based relationships to support high-quality patient care
- Support coverage every other weekend and holiday rotation
What You Bring
- Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in good standing
- Active DEA registration
- Current BLS certification
- Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
