Netting Contractors

Netting Contractors is seeking hardworking Sports Netting Installer/Laborers who are willing to travel out of state for extended periods. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-conscious, and physically capable of handling demanding outdoor labor. This role involves assisting with installation, repair, and maintenance of sports netting while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to scheduled projects and emergency repair requests, including after-hours and weekends
• Follow supervisor instructions and assist crew members with daily operations
• Adhere to safety regulations and maintain clean work areas and organized service vehicles
• Load and unload materials, tools, equipment, and supplies
• Ensure job equipment and tools are secured and maintained in good working order
• Drive truck and trailer combo (no CDL required; must pass DOT physical or hold current medical exam card)
• Travel out of town for extended periods as required
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, pulling, or carrying objects over 70 lbs

Required Qualifications

• Legal right to work in the US and pass E-verify (two valid forms of ID required)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (3-year motor vehicle record check for new hires)
• Reliable smartphone for communication and applications
• Pass pre-employment background check and random drug screenings
• Capability to work productively outdoors in various weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in construction labor
