• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective borrowers

• Recommend loan solutions that align with client goals and current guidelines

• Analyze customer financial information to qualify borrowers and structure deals

• Maintain a consistent flow of sales activity through outbound calling, networking, and referrals

• Work closely with internal teams, including Processors, Underwriters, and Team Leads, to ensure timely closings

• Ensure all loan files comply with industry regulations and company policies

• Collaborate with leadership and share best practices to support ongoing team growth

• Active NMLS license in Michigan (additional states a plus)

• Proven success in a mortgage sales or Loan Officer role

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team

• Working knowledge of wholesale lending processes and systems preferred

• Strong ethical judgment and a client-first mindset
