Orthodontic Clinical Assistant
Tech-Forward Practice
Moroco Orthodontics is a modern, technology-driven orthodontic practice committed to precision, consistency, and high-quality patient care. We are growing our clinical team and looking for a experienced Orthodontic Assistant who is interested in building a long-term career in orthodontics.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist chairside with braces, wire changes, adjustments, debonds, and aligner appointments
- Learn and follow established orthodontic workflows and systems
- Capture digital scans, intraoral photos, and orthodontic records
- Provide efficient, professional patient care in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain operatory readiness, infection control, and clinical standards
- Work collaboratively with the orthodontist and clinical team
Experience & Skills:
- Background in dental or orthodontic assisting
- Interest in learning and advancing in orthodontics
- Familiarity with dental terminology and chairside procedures
- Comfort with paperless charting, and modern dental technology (digital scanners is a plus!)
- Strong attention to detail, hand skills, and time management
- Reliable, coachable, and motivated to grow professionally
