Job description

Responsible for titling and registration of manufactured/mobile homes, ensuring regulatory and procedural compliance with the appropriate government agencies and internal company policies, while consistently modeling the organizational Purpose, Values, and Standards of Monte Christo Communities.
Requirements
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Perform all duties with respect to Company's Purpose, Values, Standards & Core
Competencies.
• Complete HCD and DMV forms, as well as internal documents and file paperwork with the governing municipal agencies, including HCD and DMV, as well as various other municipal entities.
• Understand basic information regarding manufactured and mobile homes
• Maintain titles, registration cards and files
• Communicating with management daily; including any problems promptly and clearly and make recommendations to leadership towards solutions.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Carry out all responsibilities in compliance with the organization's policies, procedures, and state, federal, and local laws.
• Occasional travel (short trips) within the Sacramento area to HCD and DMV locations
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1+ years experience with real estate transactions, manufactured/mobile home titling and registration, escrow work required
• Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication, as well as effective organization skills
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Must have reliable transportation for short trips in the greater Sacramento area.
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
