Meadowbrook Church has an immediate opening for a full-time (40 hours per week, Sunday - Thursday), Guest Experience Admin Assistant. Applicants should be an active and dedicated Christian who is a member of Meadowbrook Church, possess excellent administrative skills, as well as experience in computer operations and database management. The ability to understand the importance of confidentiality is key and of the utmost importance, especially when it comes to sensitive information that may be related to the well-being of others. Commitment to delivering excellent results in all areas of responsibilities is required.

Schedule:
- Coordinated withtheGuest Experience Director.
- Sunday 7:00am - 2:00pm. Monday - Thursday8:30am -4:30pm.
- Must be willing to adapt schedule to work some nights and longer days in busy seasons, and all-staff events, including Heart of a Woman, Men's Night, etc.

You will work with others who are committed to fosteringa welcoming experience for our church families and first-time guests,helping people move from where they are to where God wants them to be.
JobSummary:
- Excellent phone and communication abilitiesfor conducting follow-up calls and communicating with guests.
- High levelofproficiencyin all elements of Microsoft Office 365, Church Community builders, and any other software used in support of staff operations.
- Navigating the process of the Guest Experience,follow ups, and new volunteer placement.
- Confer with otherstaffmembers where common knowledge and inputs are beneficial forharmoniousrelationships and work efficiency.
- Work completed on time with little or no supervision
- Have a heart to serve both the team and the congregation.
