This job is fully in-office and is in the Albuquerque, NM metro area. The work hours are 9:00 am – 5:00 pm local time, Monday through Friday.

Job Profile Summary
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for completing the routine day to day administrative tasks associated with the Center office. As the Center Office Manager, the employee will manage the Agency Center office during business hours (9:00 am – 5:00 pm) local time, Monday through Friday). During that time, tge Office Manager will be required to complete minimal service tasks for walk-in customers and prospective customers – primarily processing customer payments. Finally, the Office Manager will be a vital connection point between the Exclusive Agent (EA) and the customer (existing and prospective).
The key responsibilities for the job are:
• Assisting walk-in customers with payment processing adhering to prescribed processes
• Interacting with existing or prospective customers who visit the office in a professional manner to
provide assistance or facilitate a virtual connection with an Exclusive Agent.
• Completing basic administrative tasks such as routing mail and coordinating the calendar application used to schedule Exclusive Agent/customer appointments
• Utilizing Microsoft Office applications to complete daily tasks
• Maintaining complete and accurate records as directed by their supervisor
• Completing special projects at the request of their supervisor
Experience: 1 - 2 years of customer service, insurance sales/service, or office administration preferred.

• Technical Proficiency – Microsoft Office (Outlook, Outlook Calendar, Word, and Teams) and ATS technology (training will be provided for ATS technology)
• Customer Service Skills – Interacting in a professional manner with customers, employees, and Exclusive Agents
• Problem Solving Skills – Ability to address and resolve administrative and operational issue in a timely and efficient manner
• Organizational Skills – Managing schedules and maintaining orderly records
