MP Nexlevel, LLC, a leader in the utilities construction industry, is looking for Skilled Backhoe Operators. An Operator should possess a fundamental understanding of construction and be able to operate different construction equipment and tools including skid steers, excavators, and backhoes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
โข Ability to operate a certain piece of equipment
โข Grease, oil and do daily maintenance of equipment
โข Hand dig around existing utilities when necessary
โข Trained to operate tampers, jackhammers, drills, and saws
โข Carry and load materials to be used on the job
โข Follow all company safety policies and practices
โข Report any equipment repairs needed to Foreman or Supervisor
โข Light repair and maintenance of tools and equipment
โข Assist in hauling equipment to and from job site
โข Clean up and restore work area
โข Wash and clean vehicles and equipment
โข Safety training as required by position
โข Paperwork filing and maintenance as needed
โข Other duties as assigned
Essential Education and Qualifications:
โข Good verbal communication skills
โข Must have valid driver's license
โข Valid Driver's License
โข Valid DOT Health Card
Preferred Skills:
โข Class A Driver's License (CDL)
Physical Demands:
โข Must be physically fit to endure the daily activity involved with the job
โข Must be able to work in all weather conditions
โข Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
Pay Scale: $25/hr to $40/hr
