Job Summary:ย The Data and Reservation Specialistย is the first point of contact for our referring Outreach partners and PD. This position willย be responsible forย coordinating homeless services enrollment and referrals for Mercy House programs, data collection and entry into the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS), creation of reports from the HMIS, client follow-up, and client file management. The Data and Reservation Specialistย assistsย Mercy House staff in recording services provided, clientsย serviced, and program outcomes.ย
