The
Housekeeper at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Richmond/Glen Allen North makes our hotels feel like home. As a housekeeper, your contribution helps ensure guests an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
Responsibilities:
โข Clean, dust, polish, and vacuum to make sure guest rooms and bathrooms meet hotel standards
โข Change linens, make beds, and leave the bathroom sparkling
โข Restock all guest room supplies and amenities
โข Inspect and clean any and all appliances, including coffee maker
โข Organize linen closet, restock cart, and prepare for the shift
โข Greet guests that you encounter during your shift with a friendly smile
โข Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
Requirements:
โข Previous experience in hotel housekeeping a plus
โข Basic English communication skills
โข Ability to move, bend, lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25-30 pounds
โข Ability to move up to 50 pounds occasionally
โข Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift and perform repetitive motions
โข Attention to detail
โข A can-do attitude and a hands-on approach
โข A flexible schedule that allows availability days, nights, holidays, and weekends based on the demands of the hotel
