You'll have an ability to close homeowners at the table and manage the relationship to closing.

Requirements
You'll have an ability to close homeowners at the table and manage the relationship to closing.
- An active California Real Estate License
- Understanding of distressed real estate including loan modifications, bankruptcies, short sales, and the foreclosure timeline
- Proven track record of sales
- Experienced in customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- A professional appearance and telephone manner is essential
