Outreach amp; Patient Acquisition Specialist
Joint Relief Institute – Non-Surgical Knee amp; Shoulder Pain Relief
Position Overview
Joint Relief Institute is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outreach amp; Patient Acquisition Specialist to expand community partnerships and generate qualified patient leads. This role is responsible for building relationships, coordinating educational events, and driving new patient growth across assigned territories.
This is a performance-focused position ideal for someone who thrives in relationship-building, community engagement, and measurable results.

Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity Outreach amp; Partnerships
  • Develop and maintain relationships with:
    • Senior living communities
    • Park districts
    • Libraries
    • Churches
    • Primary care and specialty physician offices
    • Schedule and coordinate educational events (Lunch amp; Learns, health talks...)
  • Represent Joint Relief Institute in a professional and knowledgeable manner
Lead Generation amp; Growth
  • Secure a target number of community events per week
  • Generate a target number of leads per event
  • Drive scheduled consultations and track conversions to treatment start
  • Own your pipeline from first contact to patient start-up
Performance amp; KPI Tracking
  • Meet weekly and monthly event and lead-generation goals
  • Track conversion rates from lead to consultation to treatment start
  • Provide regular reports on outreach activity and results
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in outreach, business development, sales, or healthcare marketing
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management is a must
  • Comfortable working independently in the field
  • Healthcare or medical marketing experience is a plus
