    One of our clients in Atlanta, GA, needs an Administrative Support Assistant for a contract position.
    • Position: Administrative Support Assistant
    • Citizenship: US Citizen
    • Location: Atlanta, GA
    Job Description:
    This position shall support the Risk Management Branch in specific business, management, functional, technical, and professional or policy areas of the Facility Security Assessment (FSA), technical security countermeasure, and Protective Security Officer (PSO) programs.
    Responsibilities:
    • Coordination and collection of information and documents to assist with the accountability of police incident reports and security countermeasures; database management and providing statistical data to the Program Managers for use as they deem appropriate.
    • Typical duties shall include:
    • Manages information, to include the uploading and downloading of data associated with law enforcement, physical security and technical security countermeasure program areas on the LESPM SharePoint site to ensure current and accurate information-sharing. Coordinates electronic security systems maintenance and repairs.
    • Maintains the regional technical security countermeasure program Microsoft access database to ensure current status of regional countermeasure projects (e.g. unfunded, active, closed, etc.).
    • Supports gathering of information to ensure adherence to established requirements for entering data into the law enforcement computer system.
    • Supports establishment of protocols for incoming data, organizing computerized data sets, and retrieving computerized data.
    • Supports planning, review, and reporting of data/statistical results of program or project studies.
    • Maintaining accountability and preparing recurring statistical reports for Facility Security Assessments and Pre-Lease Survey submissions to the LESPM for review and processing.
    • Maintaining automated systems to track suspense dates; maintaining project milestones; developing and disseminating progress reports; and preparing recurring status reports.
    • Preparing completed and approved Facility Security Assessments, package binding, and distribution of final products for delivery to FPS management and/or stakeholders.
    Education and Experience:
    • BS or BA degree is highly preferred however, two (2) years of experience in federal policy, procedures, regulations, and guidelines applicable to management programs, processes, and systems, with the skills and the ability to apply such knowledge to a broad scope of complex assignments.
    • Possess two years' administrative work experience.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office computer software applications, including (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
    • Knowledge and skill in both oral communication and written communication as well as having interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to coordinate varied administrative projects simultaneously.
