Schedule: PRN (as needed). Hours are not guaranteed, but opportunities to pick up shifts occur frequently. Pay: $15.81, increases with experience. Plus $3.50 per hour for shift differential and $2.00 per hour for weekend differential. Qualifications
  • Education:
    • High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Must be able to plan and organize a workload, and be alert to safety hazards.
  • Special Skills & Aptitudes:
    • Must be able to follow instructions.
    • Able to recognize personal learning needs and follow appropriate channels to gain new knowledge.
    • Able to work flexible hours.
    • Able to perform repetitious duties and work with frequent interruptions.
Who We Are: Mitchell County Regional Health Center is in Osage, Iowa located in Mitchell County, which has a population of 10,600 people. MCRHC is a 25-bed critical access hospital, including a Level 4 Trauma Center Emergency Room seeing 3,200 visits annually. The Surgical Services department performs over 1,300 procedures annually, including specialties General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Urology, Ophthalmology, Pain management, and Podiatry.
