Seasonal Graphic Designer / Illustrator (On-Site – Hicksville, NY)

Glamour Costumes is a global provider of dance costumes for entertainers around the world. Each year, we launch a seasonal catalog showcasing our latest collections. We are seeking a talented professional we can collaborate with annually, building a strong working relationship over time.

In the first year, this role will be fully on-site to support training and integration with our team. As the partnership develops, there may be potential for remote work in future seasons.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare images for use across our website and catalogs
• Perform color correction to ensure accuracy with provided swatches
• Design and produce digital catalogs for print
• Collaborate with printers to deliver files that meet required specifications
• Manage graphic design projects from concept through completion
• Develop and maintain organized image libraries
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed
• Submit draft layouts for review and approval

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, illustration, or a related field
• Strong understanding of core design principles
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication skills
• A professional graphic design portfolio
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
