We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Assistant Manager who isn’t afraid to jump in, lead by example, and help keep our car wash, dog wash, and detail center running smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, train, and inspire a high-energy team
  • Keep operations flowing smoothly across car wash, dog wash, and detail services
  • Maintain top-notch customer service—every customer, every time
  • Monitor equipment and keep our facility clean & safe
  • Assist with scheduling, inventory, and quality control
  • Step up as manager when needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Leadership experience (car wash/automotive a PLUS!)
  • Strong communication + customer service skills
  • A positive attitude and a “let’s get it done” mindset
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
