We are a client and quality driven firm that is seeking to hire an attorney with at least one year of personal injury experience to join our fast growing team. The ideal candidate will manage his or her own Personal Injury docket and Team. The ideal individual will be able to handle a high volume work environment, passionate about client service / experience within their unit, and someone who can manage a team to meet high performance productivity.

Again the ideal attorney will be managing a team that will handle negotiating and settling cases pre-litigation. It is required that the Ideal candidate possess strong legal writing and research skills. The ideal candidate should also have the ability to draft and respond to discovery, taking and defending depositions, mediations, negotiating cases with insurance companies and defense counsel. The attorney will manage a dedicated staff of paralegals, case managers and support clerks and must possess very good case management and leadership skills, be very detail-oriented and have strong commitment to client service. Compensation is competitive and dependent on experience and has a bonus element related to the amount of resolved cases. Again heavy emphasis on negotiating and settling cases pre-lit, therefore the ideal candidate must have strong communication and negotiating skills
