I can’t call out and unless it’s an emergency and it’s hard to get shift covers. Plus with the more they hire I’m scared to loose hours.

Management is very toxic and they play favorites a lot, they are extremely unprofessional. A lot of their employees aren’t trained properly and they don’t care. When I get sick they become very hostile or passive aggressive.

Pay, managers are poor communicators and disrespectful/infantilizing to younger workers, requested time off can be rejected even after approval making planning vacations a nightmare, get scheduled but told not to come in on a consistent basis affecting life outside work.
