WE ARE LOOKING FOR CASE MANAGERS WHO ARE BUILT DIFFERENT.

We are looking for someone who feels the weight of a client's battle — and shows up every single day ready to carry it with them until justice is served.

THIS IS NOT A PASSIVE ROLE.

As a Case Manager at Compass Law Group you are the heartbeat of every case you touch. You are the voice our clients hear when they are scared and confused. You are the engine that keeps cases moving forward. You are the bridge between our clients and our attorneys — and the difference between a case that drifts and a case that wins.

You will own your cases from the moment a client signs with us to the moment they receive their settlement check — and everything in between. This role demands urgency, empathy, precision, and an unwavering commitment to the people we serve.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

Client Relationships & Communication You are the primary point of contact for your clients throughout the life of their case. You keep them informed, calm, and confident — answering their questions, returning their calls promptly, and making sure they never feel alone in their battle. You speak their language and you make the complex feel manageable.

Medical Treatment Coordination You ensure every client is receiving the medical care they need to heal — and to build the strongest possible case. You coordinate with treating physicians, specialists, and medical facilities, track treatment progress, and identify gaps that could impact case value.

Medical Record Review & Case Analysis You obtain, organize, and analyze medical records, bills, and treatment summaries with a sharp eye for detail. You translate complex medical information into clear, compelling case narratives that set our attorneys up to negotiate from a position of strength.

Insurance & Liability Management You verify coverage, track claims, communicate with insurance adjusters, and ensure every policy and avenue of recovery is identified and maximized. You understand the insurance landscape and you know how to navigate it strategically.

Deadline & Workflow Management You are the last line of defense against missed deadlines, overlooked details, and stalled cases. You manage your caseload with precision — tracking every task, every follow-up, and every critical date with the discipline of someone who understands that in personal injury law timing is everything.

Team Collaboration & Case Strategy You participate actively in case strategy discussions, file reviews, and team meetings — bringing your knowledge of each case and your insights on client needs to the table. You are not just an executor. You are a thinker and a contributor.

WHO YOU ARE:

You are sharp, compassionate, and relentlessly organized. You thrive in high-volume environments without sacrificing quality or losing sight of the human being at the center of every file. You bring urgency to everything you do — because you understand that for our clients every day matters.

You bring:

• Minimum 3-5 years of personal injury case management experience — you know this world and you know it well
• Deep understanding of the personal injury litigation process from intake through settlement
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload without dropping the ball
• Exceptional client communication skills — you are empathetic, clear, and professional under pressure
• Strong ability to read, analyze, and summarize medical records and treatment documentation when needed.
• Working knowledge of insurance claims, coverage verification, and adjuster communication
• Experience preparing or contributing to demand packages
• Proficiency in case management software — Filevine, or similar platforms
• Superior organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
• Bilingual in Spanish and English — preferred.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Salary: $35.00 - $50.00/hour
• Bonus/Incentive Structure: available and disclosed upon onboarding
