This is commission. There will be slow weeks. What you won't have is an excuse — you'll have appointments, a proven pitch, and a manager in your corner. If you put in the work, this pays. REQUIREMENTS
Preferred (not required — but what we're looking for):
• In-home sales experience strongly preferred
• Home improvement industry background a strong plus
Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Reliable personal transportation — local travel to appointments required
• Basic computer and math skills
• Ability to carry product samples (up to 40 lbs)
Prior in-home sales experience is preferred but not required. We train motivated people from the ground up — what matters most is your ability to build trust, handle objections, and close face-to-face.
