Position Type: Remote Part-Time Bright Achievements is seeking compassionate and skilled clinicians to join our New Jersey team. We welcome both Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs). This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality clinical care while growing your professional experience in a supportive environment.

Job Description As a clinician at Bright Achievements, you will provide evidence-based mental health services to children, adolescents, and families. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, support behavioral and emotional goals, and monitor client progress. Clinicians will engage with families, schools, and other providers to ensure continuity of care while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.

This position is ideal for clinicians seeking professional growth, including those with Limited Permits (LAC) who will receive supervision, as well as fully licensed LPCs seeking to expand their practice within a dynamic clinical environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide individual and family counseling sessions to clients across clinic and community settings Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with evidence-based practices Document clinical sessions and maintain accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development (for LACs) Support families, clients, and external stakeholders in achieving treatment goals Qualifications: Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in New Jersey OR Fully Licensed LPC in New Jersey Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health, or related field Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Commitment to evidence-based practices and ethical care Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Flexible scheduling (part-time options) Ongoing supervision and professional development for LACs Supportive and collaborative work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
