Bedrock Construction is seeking a Canvassing Manager to recruit, train, develop, retain, and lead a high-performing canvassing department.
This is not a desk job, and it is not simply a sales position with management responsibilities added on top.
This is a leadership role focused on building and maintaining a productive, accountable, scalable canvassing department that consistently generates results.
Success in this role is measured by recruiting, retention, training, accountability, culture, reporting, leadership, and team production—not production alone.

COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $4,000 per month ($48,000 annually)
- Company Vehicle & Fuel Provided

- Performance-Based Compensation Structure
- Target Earnings: $75,000–$150,000+

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Source, interview, and hire quality candidates
- Build and maintain a consistent recruiting pipeline
- Attend recruiting events, networking events, and job fairs
- Generate employee referrals
- Improve recruiting systems and hiring processes
- Help build future company leadership
Training & Development
- Lead onboarding and new-hire development
- Conduct ride-alongs and field coaching
- Maintain training systems and standards
- Develop communication, sales, and leadership skills
- Monitor training completion and accountability
- Implement performance improvement plans when necessary
Leadership & Team Performance
- Conduct daily morning meetings
- Lead by example in the field
- Maintain a positive, competitive team culture
- Coach and develop canvassers
- Hold team members accountable
- Develop future leaders within the organization
- Improve team performance and production
Operations & Accountability
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics
- Maintain CRM accountability
- Maintain recruiting documentation
- Maintain reporting systems
- Ensure onboarding and training compliance
- Preserve and improve company systems
- Support company growth and scalability
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Leadership, management, recruiting, or sales experience preferred
- Roofing, construction, home improvement, or direct sales experience is helpful but not required
- Strong communication and coaching abilities
- High level of personal accountability
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to lead and motivate others
- Comfortable working both in the field and in a leadership capacity
- Self-starter who takes ownership and solves problems
