About the Role:
Join ADB Construction Group as an Accountant in Santa Ana, CA, where you will play a pivotal role in our financial operations. We are looking for a detail-oriented professiona who is excited to contribute to construction projects.
Responsibilities:
Company Credit Cards records and receipts, data entry, organizing and filing.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
• Assist Sr. Accountant with emails, documents and phone calls
• Collaborate with Sr. Accountant to track project costs.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
• Utilize accounting software to streamline financial operations.

Requirements:
degree in accounting or accounting related education.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or related field.
• knowlegge of'' in accounting software and Microsoft office (Excell, word and PDF as well as Emails, team, Calendar and on line meetings set up and participate.
• analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
