About the Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support operational excellence and product growth across a rapidly expanding healthcare technology organization. This position plays a key role in transforming data into actionable business intelligence, supporting cross-functional teams, and helping optimize processes that improve both customer and patient experiences.

The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex business problems, working with diverse datasets, and collaborating with stakeholders across operations, product, and client-facing teams. This role offers exposure to healthcare operations, digital health solutions, and data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and interpret operational, product, and client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Support business initiatives by delivering accurate reporting, dashboards, and performance insights.

  • Assist with implementation activities, client onboarding, and ongoing operational support.

  • Manage and monitor data throughout its lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve business processes through data-driven recommendations.

  • Work across multiple business functions, contributing to strategic projects and organizational growth initiatives.

  • Support the development and maintenance of scalable reporting and analytics solutions.

What We're Looking For
  • Strong interest in leveraging data to solve business challenges and improve outcomes.

  • Experience using analytical and data manipulation tools, including:

    • SQL

    • Python

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and adapt to evolving business needs.

  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality, repeatable processes.

  • Comfortable learning and navigating new technologies and software platforms with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience with, or interest in learning, healthcare operations and healthcare technology environments.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.

  • Experience utilizing Excel, SQL, Python, R, and Tableau for data analysis, reporting, and advanced modeling.

  • Ability to integrate and analyze information from multiple data sources to generate meaningful business insights.

  • Familiarity with data architecture concepts and an understanding of how data systems support analytics and reporting platforms.

  • Knowledge of data management best practices and scalable reporting solutions is a plus.
