AGR is an emerging small business specializing in public and commercial sector Big Data Management, Analytics, Cyber Security, ERP implementation/integration services, mobile and game development, and technical logistic services. We bring reusable assets, lessons learned, corporate reach back, and continued knowledge transfer from projects in which we have gained firsthand experience, knowledge, and expertise. This experience comes from working through full life-cycle implementations and sustainment services for our government and commercial sector clients.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Core Java expertise
• Hands on experience on spring framework, N tier Architecture (MVC, JEE), and ORM (Object Relational Mapping)
• Strong Architecture & design knowledge
• Agile & DevOps. Agile tools (e.g. Version One).
• Hands on experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins, JUnit, Artifactory
• Ability to manage overall development in a Trunk based Development model or philosophy (unit testing, function test automation, automated build/deploy, trunk-based development)
• Experience using NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Infinispan Datagrid, Redis, etc. & data management like Cassandra, splunk / Elk
• Basic Programming experience on Unix Shell scripting
• Familiarity with Rules Management System (e.g. Drools, IBM Lombardi)
• Knowledge of The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF)
• Experience in moving the application to bluemix cloud.
• Responsible for owning the level 2 grooming of functional stories to technical stories and guide the feature team to groom the level 3 stories
• Responsible for ensuring the defined metrics for the track are followed and delivered by the feature team e.g. Code coverage of 98%, test automation of 98%.
• Responsible for presenting any architectural changes at enterprise level and getting the changes approved.
