Job description

AAA Auto Parts is seeking a detail-oriented Technician - Disassembler to join our team. As a key member of our operation, you will be responsible for carefully removing quality recycled auto parts from vehicles for resale and installation. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in precision, without the pressure of reassembling vehicles. AAA Auto Parts offers a stable work environment, a supportive team, and a compensation structure designed to reward motivated and efficient workers.

Responsibilities
  • Safely and efficiently disassemble vehicles to remove reusable auto parts
  • Ensure all parts are removed without damage and are ready for resale
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness in the work area
  • Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
  • Work a consistent 7am- 4pm Monday - Friday schedule
Qualifications
  • Experience with automotive tools and vehicle disassembly is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Strong work ethic and motivation to achieve performance-based rewards
  • Willingness to learn and follow established processes
Compensation

Stable training rate for up to 60 days, followed by a commission-based plan. Potential to earn $30/hour or more based on experience and performance (over $60,000/year).
