We believe meaningful, caring relationships are the key to good health. We are tailored to the unique healthcare needs of people with Medicare. Our doctors see fewer patients than most doctors, so they spend more time with you. This allows us to take the time to understand your individual circumstances and develop a comprehensive care plan for you. We are proud to reflect the diversity of the patients we serve through our community clinics. Each clinic features a community room with unique programming including fitness classes, computer lessons, and movie nights. Many of our patients take advantage of our door-to-door transportation options for their appointments.
