Revolution Healthcare Services is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Columbus, Ohio.

Job Opportunity – Medical Surgical Oncology RN – Ohio

Start Date: July 13, 2026
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour rotating day/night shifts; assignments reviewed every 4-week scheduling period based on departmental needs

Highlights:

  • 36-bed medical surgical oncology unit serving adult and geriatric populations
  • 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio with comprehensive interdisciplinary support
  • Epic EMR system with 72 hours of orientation provided
  • Specialized care including continuous cardiac monitoring for chemotherapy administration, symptom management, and infection prevention protocols
  • Equipment includes GE telemetry monitoring system, Alaris pumps, and Stryker beds
  • Float only to equivalent or lower acuity medical surgical oncology units

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of RN experience required; previous travel experience preferred
  • Epic EMR experience required
  • Current BLS certification
  • Valid compact or Ohio state RN license in hand at time of submission
  • Oncology experience preferred but not required
  • Required skills: interpretation of dysrhythmias, accessing ports, arterial line management, blood product administration, central line and PICC line management, IV starts, high flow nasal cannula, ABG interpretation, chest tube assistance, chemotherapy administration, BiPAP/CPAP management, PCA, insulin drip titration, and tracheostomy care
  • Education from ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
  • 2 professional references required (at least one from a manager or director)
  • Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
