Job Summary:
Seeking an experiencedย Senior Project Managerย to leadย multi-family construction projectsย from job setup through closeout. This role oversees day-to-day site operations, manages project teams, controls cost and schedule, and serves as the primary client contact.

Required Responsibilities:

  • Manage full lifecycle of multi-family construction projects

  • Oversee project teams, superintendents, and site supervision

  • Ensure cost control, scheduling, quality, and safety compliance

  • Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders

  • Lead project closeout and documentation

Required Qualifications:

  • 5โ€“7 yearsย experience inย multi-family construction
