We are currently seeking someone to join our HVAC service team as a maintenance helper!

Position Summary:


The HVAC Service Technician Helper supports Service Technicians in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing residential and/or commercial HVAC systems. This entry-level role provides hands-on training and growth opportunities within our service department.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with troubleshooting and system diagnostics
  • Perform routine maintenance and equipment cleaning
  • Take system readings (voltage, pressures, temperatures)
  • Help replace basic components (capacitors, motors, filters, etc.)
  • Maintain tools, vehicles, and safe work areas
  • Provide professional customer interaction

Requirements

  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Exceptional Customer Care Abilities
  • 1-2 Years of experience in HVAC
