What You'll Do

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for office operations 
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently 
  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation 
  • Assist with preparing correspondence, reports, letters, and other documents 
  • Support special projects and additional administrative tasks as assigned 
  • Manage office equipment and supplies, including copier maintenance and inventory 
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail daily 
  • Communicate professionally with employees, customers, and vendors 
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism 
  • Help maintain a positive and team-oriented office environment
