We are looking for a highly technical, systems-oriented Solutions Engineer who enjoys solving complex operational challenges across infrastructure, software platforms, hardware, networking, and live production environments.
Position Overview
The Solutions Engineer is responsible for configuring, integrating, deploying, validating, troubleshooting, and supporting complex digital signage and operational technology environments.
This role focuses heavily on:

  • Configure and support digital signage and operational technology platforms
  • Build workflows, operational logic, scheduling rules, and dynamic content behaviors
  • Configure playback environments, endpoints, and operational systems
  • Support implementation and commissioning activities
  • Troubleshoot platform configuration and operational issues

API & Data Integration
  • Integrate APIs, databases, web services, and operational data sources
  • Work with JSON, XML, webhooks, and real-time data flows
  • Develop lightweight scripting and transformation logic
  • Troubleshoot integration and connectivity issues
  • Collaborate with customer IT teams on infrastructure and data access requirements

Technical Escalation & Troubleshooting
  • Act as a technical escalation resource for live customer environments
