Customer Experience Specialist - eCommerce & Retail


Zuri, afast growing home furnishings retailer, is looking for a highly motivated and dependable 'self-starter' with an administrative and/or sales background to fill a multifaceted position critical to the daily operations of our business, which is located in the Dallas Galleria area. Responsibilities are organized under three main categories:


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales / Customer Support

  • Answering customer calls
  • Greeting customers and assisting w/ sales
  • Virtual Design Consultations
  • Responding to support emails
  • Answering website chat inquiries

Order Fulfillment / Buying

  • Submitting POs to vendors
  • Delivery & Customer Pick-up Coordination
  • Quoting Freight
  • Calling customers after delivery to ensure they are 100% satisfied

Daily Operations

  • General Filing & Office Organization
  • Database Management
  • Invoice Data Entry
  • Other Duties Associated with the Daily Operations of the Business

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • The ideal candidate must possess high attention to detail
  • Candidate must have extremely strong computer skills
  • Must have strong, friendly, and upbeat verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to remain cool, calm, collected and organized, even in times of high volume
  • Ability to represent Zuriand be the voice of the company while handling customers in a professional manner.
  • 1-2 Years related work experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent Data Entry and Typing Skills with a low margin of error (45 WPM+)
  • Working Knowledge of MS Office Professional suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Appreciation for modern interior design and some knowledge of current trends in contemporary design (not required, but definitely a plus!)
  • Full Time (40 hours per week)
  • Ability to work weekend and holiday hours (as necessary)
