We are looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Support WVB's staff of 6 to 7 highway maintenance workers
  • Report directly to the Operations Manager and General Manager
  • Manage records and information
  • Help organize filing and facilities
  • Provide administrative assistance to management team
  • Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
  • Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)
  • Perform human resources functions
  • Administer benefits such as 401k, medical, and keep track of PTO
  • Take and distrubute meeting minutes
  • Miscellaneous filing duties
  • Be able to work 40+ hours a week, typical work hours are 8am-5pm M-F, but may sometimes require work outside these hours.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Experience required performing at least some of the duties above
  • Prefer at least some college
